Docs-only: correct immobilizer runtime to L04 (0x276[1:8]+zeros), pairing = SALT front-slot, immobilizer layer private/behind the seam; retire 10 superseded/solved exploration plans (RE mirrored in CAN-FINDINGS.md / immo_l04.py); keep pcs-can-analysis-handoff.md + the tesla-specific c28x docs.

Deleted 10 superseded/solved exploration + handoff docs (RE preserved in CAN-FINDINGS.md /
immo_l04.py, and recoverable from history):
  LOADER-REVERSAL-PLAN, PLAN-DIR-BOOTLOADER-WINDOW, PLAN-canDataBus-bisect, PLAN-cmp-ptc-mia,
  PLAN-immobilizer-test, CAN-INVESTIGATION-PLAN, HANDOFF-CONTINUE, PICKUP-PLAN,
  PLAN-immobilizer-fwpatch-leak, HANDOFF-RWD-IMMOBILIZER.

Kept (verified NOT redundant): pcs-can-analysis-handoff.md (sole PCS reference);
c28x-ghidra-tesla/docs/* (private tesla-specific supersets of the public ghidra-tms320c28x repo).

Corrected (kept): VCSEC_INTERNALS.md + docs/immobilizer_handshake.md — runtime = L04
(0x276[1:8]+zeros), pairing = SALT front-slot; algorithm unchanged across revisions;
immobilizer layer now private/behind the provider seam.
