Fixes DI_a125 noBatteryPower after shifting into drive on the 2022.45.15 bench.

The BMS node sent 0x2D2/0x252/0x132 at 2020 DBC scaling. The 2022 DI read BMS_minBusVoltage 300 V as 600 V (clamped 470 V) > the 373 V pack, so its min-bus-voltage limiter cut discharge power below the 2 kW a125 threshold in drive.

  • _frames_2022 sends these at 2022 scaling (0x2D2 LSBs confirmed in the DIR RX handler); 2020 baseline byte-identical.
  • Test pins the 2020 bytes and the 2022 engineering values.
  • Not bench-verified yet (a125 clears after a drive cycle).
  • BMS_maxChargeCurrent is still 0 → no regen (unchanged).
